After the selection of ceramic and granite materials, deaf fronts of the building is insulated and lower carrier integrated to the structure with aluminum clipses, channels and agglutination. This fronts are stain resistant and is not affected of climatical changes and heat resistance is very high.
Clips System
Ceramics are fixed over aluminum construction by means of visible stainless steel clips and EPDM cords. It is a reliable and economic system and can be applied in all sizes.
Hidden Clips System
Ceramics are fixed over aluminum construction with clips fixed in dovetail groves opened behind them. Usually it is applied to 60×60 cm, 60×120 cm, 50×100 cm sized panels.
Gluing System
Ceramics are fixed over aluminum construction by temporary tape and polyurethane based material that does not lose its elasticity between -40°C and +100°C. It is the most economical ceramic application method and can be applied in all dimensions. It can be applied either empty or filled jointing. In closed gap system, in addition to open jointing application, the desired RAL colored special type of aluminum profiles can be fixed to cover the gaps.
